We make our pet visits between the hours of 7am and 8:00pm, seven days a week, with the last scheduled visit starting at 8:00pm.
We are certified in American Red Cross Pet First Aid and will administer medication if necessary.
All animals that require live food must have an adequate supply of live food available at the beginning of the requested visitation period. If food must be purchased by A Paw Above, you will incur additional expenses not specifically stated in your client contract.
It is our policy that any pet taken outside the home must be leashed at all times. If it is your desire and is customary for your pet to exercise in a fenced yard the sitter will provide constant supervision, however, A Paw Above is released of any and all responsibility should your pet escape out of the fenced area. Every attempt will be made to retrieve your pet but in the event your pet is picked up by another organization, you will be responsible for any and all penalty fees assessed by that organization for recovery of your pet.
