Your phone calls will be answered unless we are visiting with pets or interviewing another pet owner. If we do not answer your call please leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as we can. If you would rather not leave a message please call again later. We make every attempt to answer each call personally, however, this may not be possible at all times. When you leave a message we will return your call as soon as we can. We do provide 24 hour emergency service to our current clients and to those who have pets known to be non-aggressive.

Note: All personal information collected by A Paw Above will remain confidential and will neither be given out nor shared among others unless such sharing of information becomes medically necessary for the health of your pet. Because of this we do not provide a list of references. If you would like to speak to some of our clients we will contact them and arrange a time that they can reach you. Additionally, we ask our clients to fill out surveys at the end of their first pet sitting assignment to evaluate our service. These surveys are available for viewing, however, the client's names will remain confidential.
